Pumpkin Pancake

Love this pancake.. ! 
it is easy, fast and healthy ;) ika's version : no salt, no sugar, no milk substitute with plain yoghurt :)


i got the recipe from http://www.marthastewart.com/271839/pumpkin-pancakes

modified by ika :

11/4 cups all-purpose flour;
2 tablespoons sugar; *ika : i omit, no sugar at all
2 teaspoons baking powder; *Ika : 1/4 sdt
1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt; *ika : i omit
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg; and a pinch of ground cloves. *ika : i omit
1 cup milk, *ika : 1 cup plain yoghurt
6 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree, *ika : 100 gr pumpkin steam, blend.
2 tablespoons melted butter,
1 egg;

cara :
mix  wet material : melted butter, egg, puree pumpkin.
mix dry material : flour, baking powder *sugar, salt, if you use*
mix both material
spread teflon pan with butter, pour 1 tablespoon of batter
 
how to serve :
take 1 slices of pancake,add fresh fruit (melon, strawberrry, orange, add yoghurt, honey, cover again with pancake, or add again as you like..
serve.. ;)
