Roll Cake

Wanna try snack for this weekend? it could be your choice.. because it simple and yummy :)

i got the recipe from :

ingredients :
whole eggs 100g (*IKA : about 2 eggs, M size)
sugar 50g
cake flour 50g
milk 20g

how to :
Place eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat well and heat over low heat until lukewarm. Continue beating until thick and creamy.

Add sifted flour to the egg mixture and stir lightly, then stir in milk.

Blend well. Be careful not to break the bubbles.

Pour the batter into a waxed paper-lined pan. Flatten until 5 mm - 1 cm thick.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven when golden. *IKA 180 degree 15 minute -depends on your oven-

i give filling buttercream and fresh strawberry, roll, insert in refrigerator for a while, slices.. (mine is about 7-8 slices)

ready to serve :)

i tell you this snack is gone just in a few minutes..hehe.. my husband and my sons like it :D
